At NICE, we protect your privacy. The personal data you provide to us may be used by NICE for its own communication and marketing, such as invitations to its own events and seminars, newsletters and competitions. Communication takes place in the form of printed mailings and digital mailings via e-mail and notifications via SMS. The personal data we collect is never sold on to third parties. In cases where NICE grants third parties access to collected data, this is done only on behalf of NICE for communication purposes or for marketing about NICE or to be able to deliver ordered goods or services.

HOW DOES NICE HANDLE PERSONAL DATA
All personal data falling under the Accounting Act is stored for at least 7 years. If the relationship between NICE and customer, prospect, or supplier ends, other personal data is deleted or anonymized during annual audits. When requesting the removal of personal data, this takes place within 3 months. According to applicable laws and regulations, you have the right to request a so-called register extract containing the personal data we hold and process about you. You also have the right to request correction, blocking or deletion of your personal data. If desired, notify our data protection officer (see contact details under the "get in touch" tab or at the bottom of this page). The Data Protection Regulation, or GDPR as it is also called, contains rules on how personal data may be processed. The regulation comes into force on 25 May 2018 and will then replace the Personal Data Act (PuL).
